Why add in that last bit about the car being great? Well, that's because I had the chance to drive the all-new 2014 Jaguar F-Type convertible today and I'll tell you something:
That car is something else.
It takes a lot to entertain me behind the wheel but when I was taking on the autocross this morning, I was literally laughing out loud behind the wheel. Jaguar did a PROPER job on this vehicle. More details to follow.
And though I had lots of top down fun today, there was something that was making me say "I really want a coupe." I didn't feel the vehicle flexing or anything like that. Personally speaking, I just have a thing for Jaguar sport coupes and I have a HUGE thing for the E-Type.
Thankfully, Jaguar's going to grant me my wish.
We had a hunch Jaguar would ultimately build a coupe version of the F-Type given it debuted as the CX16 Coupe Concept way back when. And, frankly, it's stunning. If Jaguar didn't build it, that would be a sin.
