Since the BMW 4-Series was unveiled weeks ago, it seems that the news cycle just keeps churning with the 4-Series. From what I've seen the first impressions have been somewhat mixed but leaning towards the positive side; however, some are questioning some of the new additions.

Take, for example, the side vent that really seems to interrupt the side profile. Not such a good look and folks have picked up on it.

Now for the FIRST time we're seeing the 4-Series convertible with its top down AND wearing the M Sport package. For those of you that haven't kept up with AutoSpies, we're big believers in the M Sport pack. It always makes the car just look — and drive — better.

...The car was photographed on its way to a benchmarking session, apparently with a 4-series coupé and a BMW M3 in tow. The trio of cars were reportedly on their way to the Alps for performance testing.

This is the first time we've seen the new 4-series with its top down, and in M-Sport trim. A modest weight increase of the standard 4-series coupé  is expected, and while the full engine lineup is yet to be announced, the range is likely to centre around the same three turbocharged units aimed at the coupe. These include a 181bhp four-cylinder turbodiesel and a 304bhp six-cylinder petrol...
