This isn't our first time seeing the upcoming Range Rover Sport RS but it turns out there's a bit more juice to this story. That, my friends, would be the newly rumored word on the street — Range Rover will also be producing an Evoque RS.

We see this as pretty big news simply because of the success of the Evoque, which has become the "hot" item among suburbanites and young urban professionals. It looks killer and because it has the Range Rover nameplate, it's a status symbol that proves you've had a fair bit of success.

Rumors are saying to expect 300 horsepower from the current forced induction four-cylinder motor. No words on what else will change but I'd expect a new styling kit, bigger brakes, bigger wheels and tires and some exclusive color combinations a la Jaguar Land Rover's other RS vehicles.

The Sport is expected to have the same 550 horsepower + unit found in the XKR-S.

Autocar expects to see the Evoque pop out first by the end of this year, which is interesting since we haven't seen it out and about testing. Watch for the Sport to debut in 2014.
