There are some things not worth passing up. And by all accounts, this Evo Magazine video is one of them. Following up on our coverage of The Quail Event, it seems only fitting.

Long story short, Evo culled together all of the proper supercars. These are the creme de la creme and, frankly, are better than much of the extreme autos today. While today's extreme machines have gotten faster — only in some cases — and definitely safer, there's something to be said for the little quirks like the green glue holding together a Ferrari F40 or the Porsche Carrera GT's anti-stall clutch.

And then there's each vehicle's character. Notice how all but one of the vehicles included have do-it-yourself shifting? How about the sounds?

It's kind of like listening to an album that's printed on vinyl than a remastered copy that's on your iPhone. It's just...different.

Watch below to see this glorious gathering.

This test brings together some of the greatest analogue super cars, including the the mighty McLaren F1, Ferrari F40 and F50, Porsche Carrera GT, Noble M600, Pagani Zonda F and Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV.

This slightly unusual mixture of exotic supercars all have one thing in common: they are completely raw and involving. They make you as a driver work hard, but dish out huge rewards in the process.
