Now while last week we finally got a taste of the all-new BMW M4 that's set to bow at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, there was one teeny tiny issue: it's color was brutal.
I'll be the first to say it — that color was not very flattering. Sure it made an impression but I am pretty sure BMW's people could have made it have a bigger splash in another color, particularly when it has its expansive Individual catalog.
Though Agent 001 told me that the color is called Aurum Dusk, I think it is essentially Phoenix Yellow just a few shades different.
Thankfully some creative folks decided to pop open their Photoshop applications and get to work on showing us the possibilities of some properly good looking colors. Blues, reds, white, black and even my personal favorite, Techno Violet, make an appearance.
