Upgrade for 7-series Steptronic transmission
Now you can upshift AND downshift on earlier 02 and 03 7-series
So you're jealous when you buddy shows you his post January 2003 production 7 and he can upshift AND downshift from the steering wheel and you can't with your earlier production 7.
Well, now you can.
For about $1500 in parts and labor we're told dealers can upgrade old 7's with the new wheel and tranny controls.
