Back in May I was at a local Best Buy when I caught an engineer covering up a sport-utility vehicle. I could tell it wasn't your run-of-the-mill test car because usually in northern New Jersey the headquarters just let the cars roam in cladding and camouflage.
It's not that big of a deal.
This time though the vehicle was parked and covered up head-to-toe with a removable cover. If that's the standard operating procedure, you know you're onto something good.

At the time only two vehicles existed with this unique shape: either it was the upcoming BMW X6 or Mercedes-Benz MLC — now we know it will be called the GLE Coupe. Now the X6 has been fully unveiled and it clearly wasn't that. And if you read my previous thread, you'd note the front valence of the all-new Mercedes-AMG GLE63.
So, I snapped what was likely the FIRST GLE63 on U.S. soil. How cool is that?
