If you live in Battle Creek, Michigan, yesterday was a rough day.

The Agents have arrived in Detroit for the 2015 Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS) but the thing people have been talking about since this morning was the approximate 150-car pile up that happened in Battle Creek. Unfortunately, one individual lost their life.

If that wasn't bad enough, involved in the accident was a truck full of fireworks and a hazardous materials truck carrying acid. Bad mix is one way to categorize those two things.

Not only did the fireworks truck go up and put on a show, the acid spill forced evacuations of those nearby.

With a ridiculous cold front wreaking havoc in the U.S. we can only tell you all to be safe out there and be prepared for the worst!


Roughly 150 vehicles careened into a fatal pileup along a snowy I-94 between Battle Creek and Galesburg Friday morning, causiing fires on trucks carrying fireworks and acid and closing the freeway.

Michigan State Police Lt. Rick Pazder says the accident killed one person — a trucker from Ottawa, Canada — and injured an unknown number of people. He says investigators believe around 150 vehicles were involved, mostly in westbound lanes.

Some vehicles were burning in the smashup west of Exit 92, including a truck that carried fireworks. Shortly before noon, those fireworks caught fire, causing an extended display of aerial explosions...
