Like many other automakers right now, Audi is also gearing up for a barrage of all-new sport-utility vehicles to hit the market. Consumers have spoken with their wallets and everyone is starting to listen a bit more closely.

Rather than just build a Q8 Land Rover Range Rover fighter though, the company is also going to add another quiver to is product portfolio. That's where the all-new electric Q6 will come into play. Boasting an electric powertrain, this all-new SUV is expected to go up against the likes of the BMW X5 eDrive, Land Rover Range Rover Sport, Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class and the highly anticipated Tesla Model X.

As of now the looks are expected to take after the Prologue concept car that Marc Lichte is responsible for designing.

When it comes to the big, bad Q8, expect it to be an A8 on stilts. Said to be based on the same platform as the all-new Bentley Bentayga, we're expecting it will be a cruiser with great power and a whole lot of luxury. The only difference is that it will be more reasonably priced than the quarter of a million USD + we're estimating the Bentayga will ring at the register.

According to Audi's head honchos, it will boast a unique design and will not follow the Prologue concept car — we're thinking it will be more understated and classy rather than sporty and cutting edge.
