It doesn't take a genius to recognize a good design or hear an amazing sound. However, just because it is easily recognized does not mean the two are always paired together. When it happens though, it can be a magical combination.

For me, the Ferrari 355 and Aston Martin V12 Vantage S are two stellar examples of great looks and killer sound. These days though, it seems like its becoming more mutually exclusive.

Not on the Zagato-built Mostro's watch, though. Debuting at Concorso d'Eleganza at Villa d'Este, the Maserati-powered, coachbuilt coupe sounds like it can wake up the neighborhood as well as the dead. Equipped with a 2015 Maserati V8, it sounds a lot like a decatted racecar.

And now that we're getting our first glance at the interior, it isn't much of a surprise. It looks like a full-on racer! It's a bare bones space with what appears to be a race-spec instrument panel.

Hear the roar of Zagato Mostro 2015 V8 Maserati engine: with more than 400 hp, it sounds like a piston storm! The new Zagato Mostro will be officially presented during the 'Concorso d'Eleganza Villa Este 2015'.
