This year, one of the most critical luxury vehicle debuts will be the Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Not only is it very clear that the Spies here are VERY interested in this product, but also that the automotive industry is following it closely.

Not only is this car expected to ship in volume, it also represents much more to the three-pointed star.

That's because it is setting an all-new benchmark in the automotive space. Tonight I spoke with Agent 001 who is in Silicon Valley and spent the past two days driving the all-new E. He's told me that there are some things in the all-new E that just simply have not been done before.

In addition, he added that the level of innovation in the all-new E-Class is truly groundbreaking and that the E will set the bar for the industry. Given what I know about the all-new Mercedes, I have to say that 001 is on the money here.
