One of the most anticipated upcoming vehicles is the next generation Jeep Wrangler. And the rumor mill is off the hook.
As you know I'm a HUGE Wrangler fan and have owned 10+ over the years.
So huge, I'm negotiating on a 2017 as we speak.
So many things that will be on the next one are easy to figure out like addition of a from the factory back up camera, Apple CarPlay, larger/better nav than even the one in the all new Pacifica (yeah, that's a scoop no one has) plus many others.
But the larger question at hand is will FCA soften it like BMW has with it's cars to try to reach a larger audience.
And in the process absolutely 'F' the thing up to the purists that got them where they are today?
So I'll ask two questions for the Spies to discuss.
1. Will this gen Wrangler become the Porsche 993 of the Jeep world?
2. Will Jeep 'soften' it to bring new and more people to the brand and alienate the died in the wool customer?
Spies discuss...
