One of the more controversial sport-utility vehicles to hit the market is the all-new Lamborghini Urus. There’s a couple reasons for this but, most obviously, it’s a Lamborghini SUV.
Although this is a brand that is used to challenging conservative notions, an SUV from the raging bull is a bit tough to swallow. That said, it seems it has been welcomed with arms wide open for the most part.
Then there’s codgers like me who see it as merely an overpriced Porsche Cayenne Turbo S.
So, what’s it really like? The boys and girls over at CAR across the pond recently had a go in the all-new Urus and this is what they concluded:
Lamborghini Urus: verdict
Until Ferrari and Aston launch their SUVs, there really isn't anything quite like the Lamborghini Urus on the market. It's indecently fast, whether the road is straight, curvy, bumpy or not a road, it looks unique and it can carry all the family or friends when needs be. The only question remains for those with the cash: be an early adopter or wait it out for the even faster SV version?
