A Florida man has been arrested after authorities say he dumped a bucketful of dirt onto a car his girlfriend was driving during a lovers' quarrel. 

Hunter Mills, 20, from Crestview, was taken into custody on Thursday afternoon and booked into the Okaloosa County Jail on a charge of felony criminal mischief causing property damage over $1,000.
