...it's getting worse.
For any gearhead, I am pretty sure the closest thing to hell is traffic.
And, for any city goer or commuter this has become a way of life, unless you punish yourself daily by taking public transportation.
But according to the Infrastructurist, it doesn't seem that things are getting better. You would think that with the down economy and fluttering auto sales that people would stick to the cheaper method -- the bus and/or train.
Wrong.
Infrastructurist reports:

When it comes to worsening traffic, Texas is a clear winner, with Houston and Dallas both gaining around 20 hours in lcommuting time.
