I just met a friend outside of Munich and she dialed me in to a scoop about the next generation 3-series interior...
She said it's a cross between the x-Activity concept (pic below) and the new 1-series.
It will have an iDrive like device on the dash, similar to the implementation on the 2004 Acura TL and xActivity concept
