One car that's really blown away expectations this year has been the M135i found abroad. The problem is simple though, it isn't available in the U.S.
That leads us to the M235i, which was recently snapped completely naked. It was a bright red, had silver mirror caps and looked pretty damn good.
But there's still a missing piece. And that, my friends, is the upcoming M2. For those of you with short-term memory loss, one of the MOST unbelievable products was the 1M. It drove perfect and it also sounded glorious. While the M135i may be all that and a bag of chips, the reality is it isn't a real M car. That's where the M2 comes in.
Said to be coming with a bump in power and suspension mods, we have a feeling more will be in store. The 1M was essentially an "M3 light" and we expect the M2 to also have some sort of part sharing.
The M2 has some mighty big shoes to fill. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
