The Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro looks like a very capable package, and the below video proves that its upgrades are not just for show.
The Japanese SUV is one of the brand's best-selling models in the US, and it is already confirmed to stick around for one more final year. Buyers love its capability in stock form, and the TRD Pro package enhances its off-roading capabilities by adding upgraded shocks, a better exhaust, and other specialized features.
However, this video comes with some caveats. The testers had to remove a fuse to disable the ABS and, more importantly, the traction control system. Right off the bat, the video noted that the standard Nitto Terra Grappler all-terrain tires would be a limiting factor due to the snowy conditions of the test track.
