A man who terrorized a Manhattan McDonald's with an ax last year was mown down by an SUV on 5th Avenue over the weekend after slamming the motorist for driving 'like s***'.
The terrifying hit and run was caught on shocking CCTV footage, which shows the cyclist, identified as notorious McDonald's 'Ax Man' Michael Palacios, riding along the bike lane with his dog Simba in tow.
Palacios previously made headlines last September after he was filmed menacing customers in a New York McDonald's with an ax after witnesses claimed he was jilted by a young woman.
