One of the most anticipated hot wagons of the year, the 2025 BMW M5 Touring, is nearing its debut, which will take place in a couple of days. Meanwhile, the testing and fine-tuning phase continues, with our spy photographers nabbing a prototype on the roads near the Nurburgring in Germany.

As you can clearly see in this latest set of scoops, the 2025 BMW M5 Touring has started dropping its camouflage. In fact, the entire front end up to the B-pillars was camo-less. To absolutely no one's surprise, it has an identical design to its four-door sibling, the new BMW M5 Sedan, which debuted at the end of June.

This applies to the grille, which also features an M logo on the left-hand side that was hidden on this tester, the aggressive central air intakes in the bumper, and the side vents. The hood, headlights, front quarter panels and other elements are also the same. At the opposite end, it has a different set of taillights that protrude more into the upper part of the fenders. The middle section of the tailgate was shaped to resemble the 2025 BMW M5 Sedan's trunk lid. The bumper and diffuser seem to be identical, and so do the quad tailpipes.
