Jay Leno gets back on the bike with which he first broke a bone. More than one, actually. Three and a half years after the crash that sent him to the hospital and totaled his bike, he is back on his 1940 Indian Chief, which has been rebuilt from scratch.
Jay Leno bought the bike roughly 20 years ago. Formerly belonging to NFL legend Joe Montana, the bike was orange. It had gone through a restoration before ending up in his garage. But he discovered that whoever had done it had done a terrible job. A badly chromed front end and bubbled paint were the issues he noticed.
