I’m pretty certain Generative Bionics is a robotics company you’ve never heard about – I know I didn’t, until recently. Based in Italy, the crew was founded just two years ago, and, despite its extremely young age, plans to revolutionize the robotics industry. Not the larger robotics industry, but the one that deals with making humanoid robots for industrial applications.
Generative Bionics came on our radar earlier this July, when it presented to the world, during the AMD Advancing AI 2026 event that took place in San Francisco, something called the Gene.01.
