Now that we've had a bit of time to sit back and think about the 2014 Paris Motor Show, we reflected on some of the cooler things that we saw there. One of which is Audi's groundbreaking instrument cluster that kills two birds with one stone.
Most importantly, it takes the clunky screen that rests atop or pops up from the dashboard and brought it into the instrument cluster with the rest of the auto's critical information.

Second, from a functionality perspective, it brings all of the key info directly into your line of sight. If you've driven at high speed with a badly placed infotainment system, you too know the value this provides.
While we saw it again in concept form in the all-new TT Sportback, it actually has made its debut in production form in the all-new, 2015 Audi TT and TTS. Finally, after years of waiting the four rings has made it real.
That said, check out the full collection of photos that Agent 001 was sure to snap so YOU could see the latest move in automotive technology.
So, who's NEXT to start implementing infotainment systems in this fashion?
I can already name one manufacturer outside of Volkswagen Auto Group (VWAG/VAG) that's started to do this in a production vehicle.
