Not only are brands like Lexus being forward thinking in their web efforts. Infiniti has stepped up to the plate too and it is being very brave.
In a relatively risky move, Infiniti now has done something unthinkable for what is their biggest unveil going into the 2011 model year. The new M's controversial design will not be the firm's only intriguing move, the company has set up an area of its site for owner's reviews of their current M's.
Now while this may seem like a brilliant idea if the reviews are glowing but what if some unhappy owner voices his or her's opinion.
Are they changing car manufacturer websites forever -- and being the most forward thinking on the web -- or will the real life opinions of its cars and dealer experiences diminish the perception of their brand?
Does its grade in customers eyes go from say a B+ as it is now to a C or lower in real life?
