This image is generally only achieved by a handful of cinema heroes. However, Sportservice Lorinser also masters this ability with its L55RS. The combination of dark chrome and the tinted rear lights characterise the Lorinser CL 500 L55RS at the IAA. The aerodynamics styling of the Swabian specialists plays an important role in the new sporty appearance of the CL and conjures up a "bad boy" image. To keep the tension of the silhouette, the designers consciously abstained from a roof wing.
The design line is self confident with a striking front spoiler bumper with integrated fog lights. The side skirts and the front fenders with grill air intakes signal to give this character plenty of space. At least those passed can enjoy the attractive rear view of the dynamic rear apron. In particular the detail of the completely integrated Lorinser sport exhaust system with its unique geometric shape is a great focal point.
Of course this automobile of the Lorinser collection has much more than just "hot air" to offer. The Swabians increase the performance of the 5.5 litre V8 engine from 388 hp (285 kW) to 460 hp (338 kW) upon request. This performance increase is accomplished with a modified exhaust manifold and catalytic converter unit, Lorinser camshafts, modified cylinder heads and modified engine management. The dynamic stance is further underlined with the lowering kit as well as the light-alloy wheels. The turbo-blade shape of the Type Lorinser RS 8 is featured in 21 inch. On the other side, the RSK 6 can be seen. With its massive rim design this multi piece wheel has an impressive appearance.
And of course, the interior values of this exceptional automobile score highly. Front and rear seats, steering wheel and headrests were upholstered with new leather, thanks to intricate saddler work, with the typical Lorinser quilting. No wonder the supplier of premium automobile refinement from Winnenden has coined "Moving perfection" as its slogan.
