As we've seen before, Mercedes-Benz is planning to expand its C=Class range with an all-new coupe. This time, though, it will not be some peculiar-looking hatch.
The upcoming C-Class coupe will be a proper coupe. No more fooling around for Benz. And judging from the spy photographs, it looks like the Audi A5 and BMW 3-Series may have its work cut out for itself. Particularly the A5 since this new C-Coupe looks like it could be quite elegant and striking.
And, the coolest part has to be the interior spy photograph. To be straightforward, I have never been a fan of the current C-Classes interior. In fact, I felt it was downright American looking. The center stack design simply sucks.
This new look, however, is speaking to me.
These are the latest spy images of Mercedes’ new C-class coupé, including the first shot of its interior.
Set to go on sale in the UK at the same time that facelifted versions of the existing saloon and estate reach showrooms early next year, the new C-class coupé has been conceived to replace the CLK, discontinued earlier this year after 12 years and two model generations...
