Euro NCAP consortium tested the passive crash safety of the new 2011 Audi A1 and as expected, the small hatchback from the German manufacturer obtained the top score of five stars. This means that the adult protection in a frontal, rear or side collision, as well as for child safety and pedestrian protection make the new A1 the safest vehicles in its category. As you may know already, the new Euro NCAP test requirements far exceed the standards of European lawmakers.
