I’m sure Toyota would advise buyers not to transport bison of any kind in its Tundra CrewMax 4x4.
I mean if you had to, you could, but don’t. In light of events last week when a father and son picked up what they thought was a hitchhiking bison in Yellowstone, the National Park Service would like to remind visitors not to do stupid things.
The Tundra is large. It looms. When the assignment to build a full-size, American-style pickup came, Toyota designers made sure they got the “full-size” part unimpeachably right. The rear bench seat of our CrewMax tester made me positively nostalgic for an old Checker cab, with its perched, arm’s-length spaciousness in every direction.
