Volkswagen's Up! Concept has been floating around for a few years now and everytime another iteration comes out it just seems to get more technology, and interior updates that make it look like a posh cafe. This time around, VW created a London black cab that shows just what a 21st century taxi should look like.
Here's an interesting twist too, this Up! features a lithium-ion battery that powers a single electric motor. Said to have just under 115 horsepower, zero to 60 comes in about 10 seconds and VW claims that this new Up! can obtain over 185 miles on a charge.
Would that even be enough to cover a cab driver's shift?
