GM LogoGM intends to put up for auction more than fifty vehicles from its heritage museum as part of its continuing attempt to boost cash supply. The rarest cars will not be included in the list of vehicles for sale, and the list is not yet complete. But more contemporary additions, ranging from the ’80s and ’90s, make up most of the list. This consists of the entire Hummer and GMC assortment and a range of rare and limited edition Corvettes. Also on the list are a 1904 Oldsmobile Touring, two Peugeot 205 Turbos, Bill Clinton’s presidential Limo and a car used by the Pope in 1998. The GM heritage museum intends to hive off cars it can easily buy if times would improve. Barret-Jackson will manage the auction from January 13-19 next year in Scotsdale, Arizona.
